Beach Cities Orthopedics is transitioning to a new system. Online payments for dates of service prior to 3/5/19 should be processed through our Prime Clinical patient portal. Online payments for dates of service 3/5/19 forward should be processed through our athenahealth patient portal. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition period.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please observe our 24 hour cancellation policy.

Insurance

At BCO, we accept all PPO insurance carriers, Medicare, Worker's Compensation, and liens. When you call to schedule your appointment, our office staff will verify your insurance at that time.

Arrive Early for Your Appointment

If you are new to our office, please allow an extra 15 minutes prior to your appointment to full out necessary paperwork. Please come prepared with a copy of your insurance information. To speed up the process, you can download and full out our new patient forms found here.
